Week 1:
The PT6 turbine engine and all firewall forward items relating
to the PT6 are removed. The cockpit has all items relating PT6 engine
operation removed. The aircraft firewall is thoroughly inspected prior
to conversion.

Week 2 & 3:
Cockpit electrical system is installed which includes removing
old circuits that relate to PT6 operation and installing a new start panel,
new wiring, and new engine instruments. Engine control pedestal modified
for Honeywell engine operation.

Install engine mount assembly with new electrical junction
box, battery box, wiring harnesses and a factory new engine. Re-install
the OEM bleed-air heater and bleed-air vacuum system.

Week 4:
Install cowlings and access doors. Install and rig new engine
controls. Match paint or paint entire aircraft (not included in installation
cost).

Delivery:
A final inspection of entire engine installation takes place
by Texas Turbines’ representative and authorized installation facility.
First engine test runs and first test flights by Texas Turbines’
representative. One day of training flights with up to two pilots on Honeywell
engine operation with representative at installation facility. |
